a swanky high rise....

I loved staging this high rise in Century City. It was a clean and empty palate, and so fun to dress up. It wasnt very big, so we kept in simple.

making the most of a cute little house....

This lovely home in Beverlywood was about to be sold by the family of a 90 year old couple. It was in good shape, but very very dated. They didnt want to spend on a major overhaul, so I suggested we remove all the carpets and drapes, polish the floors and paint everything white, except for a soft peach in the kitchen that sets off the cabinets and mutes the peach appliances. We brought in white blinds, a minimal amount of clean lined modern furniture and accessories, and dealt with the vinyl-floored, awkward "family room" by adding some sisal rugs, whiting out the paneling and bringing a hamptons look.
The realtors were able to list the house for $799,000 instead of the original estimate of $650,000. They have multiple offers in a week. Done, and done.

a clean little space

We staged the lovely 1200 square foot house in Mar Vista. Since it was so clean and had such good light and good bones, we kept it very simple and modern.

a couple of gallons of white paint....

can absolutely transform a tired space. Its most likely the buyers of this home will redo this original kitchen, but whiting out everything and removing the clutter lets people envision the possiblity.

Staging a home with family heirlooms

This home came complete with a grand piano, a collection of valuable artwork and furniture and mountains of clutter. We cleaned it out and buffed it up, and look how it sparkles. I added fresh bedding, a new sofa, more modern dining chairs, and a few little accessories...The rest was, edit, edit, edit.
