Encino Hills...

This house was very large but lacked a good sense  of space and scale unfurnished. Prospective buyers were confused as to how the rooms could be set up, so we laid them out. SO much better.

sparkling condo in west LA...

This place was in perfect condition  and didnt need much.. just enough furniture to  give the buyer a good idea of how spacious and light it was( houses always  so much smaller unfurnished. People just don't get that). I think its gorgeous.

Still my favorite staging job... Faye Dunaway's magical duplex in West Hollywood

see it all on my 10/14 blog post.

Historic House in Whitley Heights

This house was really a clean out job. It was packed to the brim  and pretty dingy and depressing, with no real budget for staging, because it was  trust sale. I pretty much just emptied it and freshened it up with new bedding,  pillows,  a few pieces  contemporary art and furnishings,  so potential buyers  can see the possibilities of buying this  home with great views and great bones.

High rising living in the Wilshire corridor

This  expansive condo, pre staging was going to be a tough sell. All marble and glass it looked cold without a lot of defined space. We warmed it up and  showed how beautifully it showcased an art collection, and it sold the first week.

A modern villa in the Hollywood hills

I love this  Mt Olympus hideaway. Great architecture.. we just gave it the suggestion of  how it could be. The client wanted the feel of a European villa with soft cozy furniture and art, but in a modern way.
