cheviot hills, modernized......

This wonderful  little house in Cheviot Hills was pretty much abandoned, neglected and sad. We removed the tired, heavy window treatments and instantly the sunlight poured in, then staged it with contemporary furniture to show buyers a look a young family, the most likely potential owners, could identify with.
 I think its going to sell in a flash.
