It was a pleasure staging this charming old Hollywood style condo in West Hollywood.
I particularly love the third floor hideaway, that we decided was a perfect yoga room! SOLD in one week!!!!

I'm thinking about redoing my living room, from scratch for the very first time, and this is the picture I keep looking at.

Showing off the architect's work!
The delightful sellers of this architectural house in Cheviot Hills were a little bit too fun-loving! The house had a basketball hoop in the living room as well as foosball, a pool table, bikes mounted on the wall and a giant bed in the living area.
We replaced some of the furniture with more "grownup" pieces, hung art and toned down the fun factor for a more sophisticated style, but tried to keep the youthful vibe.
That rooftop pool is still the best view in town!

A Sexy house in Encino Hills
Just had to do a partial staging to jazz up this 1.35 million house in the Encino Hills... the buyers left part of the furniture and art, and we plugged in the holes and staged the living room. Gorgeous, right? Sold in two weeks.

a fresh-up in Mar Vista
Okay, no lies.. this was a tough one.
The elderly owner of this home wanted to do no updating before putting it on the market, and had many pieces of furniture to leave in the home until the sale was over.
We replaced most of the art and the bedding, removed all the knick knacks, switched out a few pieces of the furniture to more modern ones, styled the bookcases, and got her to pull the kelly green carpet, just to let buyers see the potential of the home.
I think we helped.

STYLE ME PRETTY
beverly hills adjacent....
This lovely house is in a pocket neighborhood near beverly hills, but the heavy traditional furnishing were dragging it down. We staged it with lighter, cleaner lines, added swoopy white drapes throughout, and gave it a beach house kind of feel, and I think it looks peaceful, refreshing, and desireable.
